本发明公开了一种TA18钛合金无缝管坯的制造方法,其壁厚均匀、组织均匀且无裂纹。包括如下步骤:A、TA18钛合金锭在β相区开坯锻造后,在α+β相区十字墩拔锻造制得TA18钛合金棒材;B、在TA18钛合金棒材中开孔制得TA18钛合金无缝管坯;其中,步骤B中,通过电火花在所述TA18钛合金棒上穿孔形成沿轴向贯通所述TA18钛合金棒材的穿丝孔,在所述穿丝孔中穿入通电的电极丝,沿设定路径移动电极丝或转动TA18钛合金棒材使二者相对运动而在钛合金棒材中切割出一个圆柱体,切割后的TA18钛合金棒材即形成空心管状的TA18钛合金无缝管坯,所述设定路径为圆心位于TA18钛合金棒材轴心线上的圆且该圆所处平面与TA18钛合金棒材的轴心线相互垂直。
