| 双相不锈钢的焊接 |
|
1.双相不锈钢可焊性良好,热裂倾向小,一般焊前不需预热,焊后不需热处理,可与18-8型奥氏体不锈钢或碳钢等异种钢焊接。
2.双相不锈钢的焊接材料或填充材料通常采用比母材含镍高的材料,对于含氮的双相不锈钢要求焊材和母材的含氮量相同。以保证焊缝金属有足够的奥氏体量。
3.双相不锈钢常用的焊接方法有手工电弧焊和钨极氩弧焊两种。适宜使用多层焊,采用多道次和低熔敷率的方式。
4.双相不锈钢的中温敏化问题在焊接时一般不会出现。
