本发明公开一种聚酰胺‑胺型水性木质素基环氧防腐涂料及其制备方法。所述聚酰胺‑胺型水性木质素基环氧防腐涂料,由以下质量份数的原料组成:聚酰胺‑胺型水性木质素基环氧乳液80~120份、水性封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂10~20份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0 .08~0 .2份、水性颜填料浆60~100份、消泡剂0 .2~0 .6份、流平剂0 .1~0 .6份、防闪锈剂0 .2~0 .6份及去离子水0~10份。本发明制得的聚酰胺‑胺型水性木质素基环氧防腐涂料,对基体树脂及固化剂进行了较为全面的分子结构改性,涂层的交联结构发生明显变化,制得的涂层交联密度大大增强,可耐250℃高温,同时耐强酸或耐强碱性能优异。

The polyamide amine water-based lignin based epoxy anti-corrosion coating prepared by the present invention has undergone comprehensive molecular structure modification on the matrix resin and curing agent, resulting in significant changes in the cross-linking structure of the coating. The cross-linking density of the prepared coating is greatly enhanced, and it can withstand high temperatures of 250 ℃. At the same time, it has excellent resistance to strong acids or alkalis.
