本发明通过自由基共聚合反应,将甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙酯,引入到丙烯酸酯共聚物体系中,以化学结构为4,二氨基二苯二硫作为交联剂,利用酮胺反应,向丙烯酸酯共聚物体系中引入自修复动态二疏键。采用种子乳液聚合法制备了可稳定储存6个月以上、耐水性良好的自修复乳液型丙烯酸酯树脂。使用以上的乳液为成膜物质,复配以各种颜填料和助剂,制得了环境友好型自修复水性涂料。通过以上方法制备得到的丙烯酸酯树脂涂料,于中温(>80℃)热刺激条件下具有良好的划痕修复效果。
The present invention belongs to the field of polymer materials, and discloses a self repairing acrylic resin and its preparation method and application.The present invention introduces acetylacetoxyethyl methacrylate into the acrylate copolymer system through free radical copolymerization reaction, and uses diaminodiphenyldisulfide with a chemical structure of 4 as a crosslinking agent. By utilizing a ketone amine reaction, a self repairing dynamic disulfide bond is introduced into the acrylate copolymer system. Self repairing lotion acrylate resin with good water resistance and stable storage for more than 6 months was prepared by seed lotion polymerization. Using the above lotion as film-forming materials, various pigments, fillers and additives, an environmentally friendly self repairing waterborne coating was prepared. The acrylic resin coating prepared by the above method has good scratch repair effect under medium temperature (>80 ℃) thermal stimulation conditions.
