采用拉伸试验机对环氧腰果酚涂层的应力-应变性能进行了测试。制备工艺:将环氧腰果酚与双酚A型环氧树脂复合,用四面制备器刮涂在PE膜上固化。将固化的涂层与PE膜分离,并切割成50*2(mm)样品用于拉伸测试。制备步骤,醇钠:环氧化腰果酚:1.5:1,搅拌4h,离心40min。精制后的环氧化腰果酚与双酚A型环氧树脂复配。制备环氧化腰果酚涂层,测拉伸。重复测试。
The stress-strain properties of epoxy cashew phenolic coating were tested using a tensile testing machine. Preparation process: Compound epoxy cashew phenol with bisphenol A epoxy resin, and use a four sided preparator to scrape and cure on the PE film.
