The concentration of chitosan was controlled to be 1% and the concentration of alkali to be 8%. The reaction time was 24h, and the reaction time was frozen and thawed once. The influence of different reaction temperature on the preparation of chitosan fiber was investigated by spectrophotometric instrument.
