使用光学显微镜对固化过程中,钛酸盐晶须复合材料在生物基树脂中的流动性进行研究。钛酸盐晶须的质量分数为7%,晶须的长度为·5~10μm,厚度为100nm,使用腰果酚活性稀释剂与石油基环氧树脂E51进行复配(未添加腰果酚基固化剂,生物基树脂含量为30%),刮涂50μm的涂层,前期每10分钟拍摄一次,两个小时后每0.5h拍摄一次。观察钛酸盐晶须在涂层固化过程中的流动性,分散性以及沉降程度。
The fluidity of titanate whisker composites in bio-based resins during curing was studied by optical microscopy. The mass fraction of titanate whisker is 7%, the length of whisker is ·5~10μm, and the thickness is 100nm. Cashew phenol active diluent is mixed with petroleum-based epoxy resin E51 (no cashew phenol curing agent is added, and the content of bio-based resin is 30%), and the coating of 50μm is scraped and photographed every 10 minutes in the early stage. Shoot every 0.5 hours after two hours. The fluidity, dispersion and settling degree of titanate whisker during coating curing were observed.
