使用电子显微镜对钛酸盐与氧化石墨烯复合涂层的附着面进行研究。钛酸盐晶须的质量分数为3%,晶须的长度为·5~10μm,厚度为100nm。氧化石墨烯质量分数为0.3%,采用325目石墨粉,以改进hummers法制备而成。生物基复合材料为30%腰果酚活性稀释剂与石油基环氧树脂E51,添加腰果酚基固化剂(涂料中生物基填料占比为62%),刮涂200μm厚度的涂层,涂层固化后将涂层从钢板基底上撕下来,利用电子显微镜观察涂层与钢板的附着面。
The adhesion surface of titanate and graphene oxide composite coating was studied by electron microscope. The mass fraction of titanate whisker is 3%, the length of whisker is ·5~10μm, and the thickness is 100nm. The mass fraction of graphene oxide was 0.3%, and 325 mesh graphite powder was used to prepare it by improved hummers method. The bio-based composite was composed of 30% cashew phenol active diluent and petroleum-based epoxy resin E51, and added cashew phenol based curing agent (the bio-based filler accounted for 62% of the coating). The coating with a thickness of 200μm was scraped on, and the coating was torn off from the steel plate substrate after curing, and the adhesion surface between the coating and the steel plate was observed by electron microscope.
