使用电子显微镜对钛酸盐复合涂层的横截面进行研究。钛酸盐晶须的质量分数为5%,晶须的长度为·5~10μm,厚度为100nm。生物基复合材料为30%腰果酚活性稀释剂与石油基环氧树脂E51,添加腰果酚基固化剂(涂料中生物基填料占比为62%),刮涂200μm厚度的涂层,涂层固化后使用液氮进行冷却脆断,使用SEM观察涂层的横截面晶须的排布以及环氧树脂的层状结构
The cross section of titanate composite coating was studied by electron microscope. The mass fraction of titanate whisker is 5%, the length of whisker is ·5~10μm, and the thickness is 100nm. The bio-based composite material consisted of 30% cashew phenol active diluent and petroleum-based epoxy resin E51, and added cashew phenol curing agent (the bio-based filler accounted for 62% of the coating). The coating with a thickness of 200μm was scraped and the coating was cooled and brittle with liquid nitrogen after curing. The cross section whisker arrangement of the coating and the layered structure of the epoxy resin were observed by SEM
