Both Cr and Al increase the migration energy of SIA, making the diffusion of SIA more difficult. With the increase of solution atom content, the hindering effect on SIA diffusion has an increasing trend. When the system contains both Cr and Al atoms, the diffusion coefficient of SIA decreases significantly. The slope of each line in FeCrAl decreases first and then becomes saturated with cluster size, and the transition frequency decreases overall with the increase of cluster size at different temperatures.
