45钢没有钝化行为,表现为活性溶解;2024铝合金钝化电流密度大约在10-2 ~10-1 A·cm-2,不易发生钝化;铝基非晶涂层表现出较为明显的钝化区,均在自腐蚀电流密度为10-5 A·cm-2左右出现钝化区。
自腐蚀电位(Ecorr)表示金属的腐蚀难易程度,其值越正即越难被腐蚀;自腐蚀电流密度(Icorr)是表征材料腐蚀速率的参数,其值越低即材料耐腐蚀性越好。四元、五元和六元合金涂层的Ecorr值分别为-0.773、-0.736和-0.752V,比45钢的高,略低于2024铝合金,涂层表现出较好的防腐蚀倾向,其中五元合金的腐蚀倾向最小。四元、五元和六元合金涂层的Icorr值为2.981、3.498和3.718 μA·cm-2,为45钢的一半,与铝合金相近。同时,极化电阻(Rp)也是反应材料腐蚀情况的重要参数,其值越大即材料越不容易发生腐蚀。四元、五元和六元合金涂层的Rp值分别为13.309、11.905和11.002 kΩ·cm-2,是2024铝合金2倍,是45钢3倍。

Self-corrosion potential (Ecorr) indicates the ease of corrosion of the metal, the more positive its value that the more difficult to be corroded; self-corrosion current density (Icorr) is a parameter characterizing the corrosion rate of the material, the lower its value that the material corrosion resistance is better. The Ecorr values of tetradentate, pentadentate and hexadentate coatings are -0.773, -0.736 and -0.752V, which are higher than that of 45 steel and slightly lower than that of 2024 aluminum alloy, and the coatings show better corrosion resistance tendency, among which the corrosion tendency of pentadentate alloy is the smallest. The Icorr values of the quaternary, quintuple and hexa-alloy coatings were 2.981, 3.498 and 3.718 μA-cm-2, which were half of those of 45 steel and similar to those of aluminum alloys. At the same time, the polarization resistance (Rp) is also an important parameter to reflect the corrosion of the material, the larger its value that the material is less prone to corrosion. The Rp values of quaternary, quintuple and hexa alloy coatings are 13.309, 11.905 and 11.002 kΩ-cm-2, respectively, which are two times higher than 2024 aluminum alloy and three times higher than 45 steel.
