通过数值模拟得到不同冰刀刀刃材料下速滑冰刀变形过程中冰刀整体应力分布的规律。采用速滑冰刀形变数值模拟方法,开展蹬冰角90°、蹬冰力960N的情况下,四种不同刀刃材料下速滑冰刀应力应变的数值模拟。分别以S(Mises等效应力)为输出参数,研究不同刀刃材料下,速滑冰刀整体应力分布情况。
Numerical simulations were conducted to obtain the overall stress distribution of the ice blade during the deformation of the speed skating ice blade with different blade materials. Numerical simulations were carried out for four different blade materials with a stirrup angle of 90° and a stirrup force of 960N. The overall stress distribution of speed skating blades with different blade materials was investigated by using S (Mises equivalent force) as the output parameter.
