As the core structural material of the reactor, the nuclear fuel cladding will undergo high-temperature creep during long-term service, resulting in the reduction of the mechanical properties of the material and seriously affecting the safety of nuclear energy. Therefore, the diffusion creep characteristics of FeCrAl alloys under different irradiation dose rates were discussed.
